Eligibility: Adopters must be 18+ and provide valid ID.
Application Review: We reserve the right to deny applications for animal welfare reasons.
Payment: Adoption fees are non-refundable unless the cat has undisclosed health issues (verified by our vet).
3. Health Guarantee
Cats are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and vet-checked.
A 14-day health guarantee applies post-adoption. Report issues immediately.
4. Liability
We are not liable for allergies, injuries, or behavioral issues post-adoption.
Adopters assume full responsibility for the cat’s care, including veterinary costs.
5. Prohibited Actions
Reselling or transferring the cat without our consent.
Breeding adopted cats (unless explicitly agreed in writing).
6. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, images, text) on this site is owned by Maine Coon Zone. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved under the laws of United State of America.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes agreement.
